What is an Intelligent Office Ambassador?

Ambassadors actively advocate for Intelligent Office, communicating the benefits, programs, and privileges of becoming a client. Through enthusiastic IO representation, Ambassadors seek opportunities to educate, promote and share the benefits of IO memberships with the business community. It is an honor and privilege to be selected as an Ambassador for IO. Serving as an Ambassador offers a great deal of visibility and builds credibility for your own business, while generating stronger relationships for Intelligent Office in the business community.

Our Ambassadors play an essential role in new client recruitment, communication and retention, assisting with the promotion of monthly events and workshops, as well as attending regular events.

Ambassadors gain business exposure by being the first to meet new clients and put their company's name in the forefront. By volunteering at Intelligent Office events and attending Ambassador meetings, they are kept current on what is happening within Intelligent Office and the iCommunity.

AMBASSADOR PLEDGE

I will fully support the policies and programs of Intelligent Office. I will stay current on IO news, events, and activities and I will represent Intelligent Office in a positive, professional manner. I understand this is a volunteer position that will give me a unique way to build my business and build relationships with the community.

  • Discounted / potentially free services

  • Highly motivational CASH referral payment initiative

  • Referred new clients must pay all deposits, setup fees, and first month of services.

  • Payment would be given to the Ambassador 40 days after the start date of the new client

  • Short Term Agreement (STA) deals can be a straight percentage paid after the STA is completed and funds have been collected
