Earn a one-time 60% cash or credit payout for all referrals that convert into new client agreement.
Example 1:You refer a person that is looking for a dedicated office at $1500. per month. If they sign a membership agreement, you receive a one-time payout of $900.
Example 2: (STA's or Short Term Agreements) You refer a person that rents a conference room or event space for one day or a one time use of $1000. You get 20% of the STA final price or $200.
